Once you reservation is paid and confirmed, you will receive a message by SMS and E-mail the same day your check-in date is.
The message will contain the access code for the hotel entrance and the room number.
Once you arrive at the hotel you simply press in the 4-digit access code on the door and walk into your room number, your specific room will be unlocked and the key will be on the table.
Practical right? this means that you can check-in at anytime after 14:00 no matter how late you arrive.

You must be 18 years old to be able to book a room.
One is not allowed to stay at the hotel without a valid ID with a photo.
There can be a maximum of one person in a single room and a maximum of two persons in a double room. Exceptions may be granted in certain cases with written permission from the Administration. This limitation is in place for security reasons. Ignoring this limitation may lead to eviction without the right to a refund.
Smoking and drug use inside and near the hotel are strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
From 22:00 to 08:00, it is particularly important not to disturb other guests.
The rooms are cleaned before your arrival but will not be cleaned during your stay. It is your responsibility to keep your room and everything you use clean.
City Living Hotel actively works with security, with 24-hour surveillance, plainclothes security personnel, routine inspections, and cooperation with the police. However, we do not take responsibility for your personal belongings.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Cancellations for bookings made through our website must be made by 14:00 and 24 hours before the check-in date via email at email@example.com. Provide the following information: Name of the person who made the booking, Date, Phone number.
The customer must adhere to hotel rules and is responsible for compensation for any damages, negligence, or disturbances caused. The customer making the booking is also responsible for the actions of their visitors.
Clients approved for payment via invoice will have their bookings automatically extended, with the exception that the client has emailed us to decline this function.
